As an environmentally friendly maker, I aim to keep production waste to a minimum. Both screenprinting and candlemaking processes have their challenges and after each making session I'll normally have a few slight seconds. With printed items they are normally small misprints, ink or paper colour tests. When it comes to candles, the most common imperfections would be slight miscolouring, uneven surface, or new scent tests. I also need to free the shelf space for new exciting products so a lot of end-of-line stock is on offer!
